Aimed at explaining death to young children, the story features an old fox who has lived a long & happy life, but was now tired. He looked at his beloved forest one last time, then closed his eyes & fell asleep forever. The animals of the forest come one by one to celebrate the wonderful things fox brought to their lives, & in their memories, fox lives on.
